No Delivery and False Advertising

I visited the Bradlow's Branch in Randburg, purchased a Fridge, Washing Machine, Microwave and Vacuum Cleaner. I was told that Delivery takes maximum 3 days and I would receive my goods on Thrusday. They made a plan to get me my fridge because it was the exact same from the store on the floor, aparently LG does not make that model anymore and that was the last double door left. To date 5 days later i have not recieved delivery of my goods.
further to this i am disgusted by the false advertising, there are big signage saying, spend more than R19999.99 and open 6 gifts, spend more than R8999 and open 4 gift etc, something to that effect. whilst i was there i was told that due to the fridge discounted cause it was the last fridge i do not qualify for the gift??? that is nonsense i hate to be manipulated in this was, there are no terms and conditions on the boards and do not appreicate been falsely lead in this way. The fact is that i purchased more than the minimum and expect to be rewarded with these gift, please can someone in senior management sort this out.
