Amazing service with a return

I bought a hard drive from Takealot which packed up within the Warranty time (not takealot's fault!).
I entered the return info and they collected it from me the next day, kept informed with their contact with the manufacturer, and once the manufacturer had replaced it and returned it to Takealot, I received it the next morning! No stress and no hassles.
It's not often anyone can claim they had a perfect customer service experience, but Takealot has got their sorted!!! I've been using them for more than 2 years, and don't have a single bad word to say about them.
Congrats to all involved, other SA (and international!) companies have got a long way to go before reaching your high standards!
