No Delivery

I placed an order online on 04/12/2013 expecting to get it by Christmas, as the books were for Christmas gifts. It is now 08/01/2014 not 1 book has arrived. I have sent several emails and no response. This is bad service. If the books were not available it should have been stated on the website like all the the online shopping sites that show you the delivery times. I am disappointed in the poor service. Order no 100001533 .
