Damage to my house by PnP and Mr Delivery

I have been a Home Shopping Customer since 2007. I reside in Parkwood, Johannesburg and normally received my shopping from Norwood PnP.
I received my Home Shopping from PnP on 4 June 2013 (Reference No 5083361).
Instead of the normal delivery vehicle and persons, the delivery was done by Mr Delivery on behalf of PnP from the Rosebank PnP Branch.
No one informed me that Mr Delivery is now going to enter my house to do the delivery.
There was only one delivery person and he did not know that he was supposed to use the trolley to move the crates into the house. When he left, he carried the crates out.
Before he left I saw that he knocked a hole in the plaster on a wall. I pointed this out to him and he apologised.
After he had left, I saw two more places where he damaged paint, and a scratch on my wooden floor. I have photos as proof.
Certainly I should be informed before delivery people are changed? My contract is with PnP and I do not want people from Mr Delivery in my house.
Who is now going to be responsible for the damage to my house?
I sent an e-mail to [Email Removed] on 5 June 2013 but (as usual) I have not received a response.
