Woolworths
I want to make arrangement to pay my account

I used to work full time and did not have a problem with paying my accounts, then i lost my job and now i work part-time and cannot afford the monthly amount that Woolworths wants me to pay, every time i try to explain and make arrangement to pay less done they want on a monthly basis, they tell me it is my duty to pay the account in full.
Yes i want to pay the account in full, but i don't have the money, i only work 2 sometimes 3 days per week, and my salary is very low, i have other duties.
