Incomplete Furniture

Last year January 2013 I bought a bedroom suit at Bradlows in Randfontein branch. They delivered incomplete items with an excuse that they were still renovating their warehouse. I kept on phoning their offices and eventually went to see the manager face to face who promised me that they will deliver. To my surprise the branch in randfontein wad closed and all our accounts were transfered to a krugersdorp branch. I went to see the manager there, who also made her promises. Up to today, I am still jot having the full bedroom suit that I bought and still paying for.
