5 Star Service with a Smile

I visited your store, on a mission to stock-up my make-up supplies, as I will be moving abroad for the next year.

A lady by the name of Cynthia, patiently helped me to pick and choose between various different brands, as my favourite brand of make-up (Essence) is no longer being stocked at Clicks :( After asking Cynthia a million questions regarding many of your products in store, she was still as cheerful and upbeat. When I got to the till to pay for my items, I received a pretty make-up bag from her and she wished me well for my trip. My dad and I are still utterly gobsmakced by this sweet lady. Receiving service like this in South Africa, is unheard of and it is truly appreciated.

I've honestly never had a Clicks shop assistant be as patient, friendly and helpful as you were. Thank You Cynthia for the amazing service! I hope that you can inspire the rest of your team :)
