This is my late husband's account who died three years ago, I paid the account in full and struggling to get a statement/notice that the account has been paid up/closed. For the past three weeks I have called the call centre 021 938 1911 / 021 938-7315 / 021 937-7532 / 021 937-4508 spoke to different people who cannot assist me. Recently I spoke to Janice who was very helpful and confidently told me she will get back to me but to date no reply.
Please this is urgent.
