They over charged me on my account, shame on them!

I gave my sister R200 to pay my outstanding balance which was R138.36, Nthanbiseng just took the money without checking my balance and advising the the customer that she owes R138.36 and find out if she wants to pay the balance or instalment of R110.00, she decide to keep the R200 and wrote -R61.64 balance R20 instalment to pay on my slip, which meant am still owing to my understanding, i went to enquire at the shop, nthabiseng failed to solve the matter yet i asked for a manager, a gal by the name of Lindiwe came forward and claimed to be one, 1st she about her name and had came with an attitude, nthabiseng refused to explain my matter and made me explain again like a fool.lindiwe screamed at me that why didn't' i go claim my money in Midrand since they gave me the information, she refused to admit their faulty and kept on blaming my sister.if they is no action taken on those two gals with lack of communication, no knowledge on customer service, cant deal with consumer issues, no self control and lastly cant take responsibility please close my account cause i don't want to see myself dealing with unskilled people like that. Thanks to the skillful ladies in Midrand branch for helping me
