Late last year I was busy with Christmas shopping and what have you.
I made an order for shoes, but I had to change the color. They were selling out fast and I honestly didn't have money to just buy another pair while I wait for delivery on the other order.

I went online to chat and was connected to Z'Specialist who didn't waste any time to literally make magic happen for me.
Z'Specialist cancelled my order, then processed a record breaking store credit, which I could then use to buy the other color (same shoe) that I really wanted.
If it hadn't been for Z'Specialist, i would have missed out on some lovely shoes for my husband and probably wouldn't have even received them in time for the Christmas holidays.
Z'Specialist MADE MAGIC HAPPEN. I felt like I was the only customer in the world because of all the high level attention I received.
I applaud Zando's online chat people because I honestly have never had a bad experience with any of them. Always there to answer any and all of my questions - but most importantly - they treat me like Royalty!!!
