I Purchased a bed from The Bed Shop in December. Agreed on Delivery date was not met. When the bed eventually arrived, 1 person delivered a queen size EL bed (REALLY?), the base of the bed was torn most likely from 1 delivery man dragging it up 3 flights of stairs or how ever he managed to get it up there. The base was eventually swapped out hours later - By one person again. After a week or so we noticed that the bed was collapsing In the centre, I called the shop and was told this occurs when the pocket springs collapse. The sales person made an appointment with me to come and inspect the bed. The sales person missed his appointment twice with no excuse. 3rd time lucky he arrived about a week after he scheduled the first appointment (not on time though about an hour with no mention he was going to be late). After inspection he agreed that the mattress needed to be replaced. that was around Christmas time 2013. to this day we have been promised 4 Delivery dates and every time there has been an issue from Stock, Trucks not running, the weather . on this we have never been contacted to say that there is an issue. and more. WORST SERVICE EVER! I WANT A FULL REFUND!!!
