Ought a lounge suit very bad quality

I purchased a lounge suit, which i waited a very long time for delievery, i was given the run around from David who just made empty promises. he promised me that i could get anything to the value of five hundred rand for the late delivery which i never received. i sent the lounge suit in for repairs with them because the so called leather was cracking, it went in three times for the same repair. to date it has not been repaired. Everytime i would call i would be promised it woulds be repaired. Salome from their head office contacted me, to find out the problem, said she would get back to me never did until i contacted her. i send her emails never replys to them. she also made empty promises.
