Product not what it should be

DISCHEM - bought their Suntan spray lotion - Sun Lab Express Spray. While on holiday noticed that the product was leaking, and that my clothing and the duvet had stained. Reported this to [Email Removed] - telephone 08603472443. Spoke to Genevieve, who assured me that this would be sorted out. Went in to Dichem Olympus, Pretoria, spoke to Charmain, and she assured me this would be resolved and I would be contacted. Also misleading advertising on the container, as it states Non -greasy - not TRUE, and non-sticky - also not true. I was offered a new tin of lotion, but that wouldnt resolve the problem of my clothing having been stained. No one has since been in touch with me. This product should be tested first, and customer complaints looked into. This complaint was logged with Genevieve on the 14 January 2014.. to date I received an email to say they are looking into it, but no further communication.
