Unhappy with product

I recently purchased a J&J body lotion from Clicks. I am a big J&J fan, and have been using the products for years now, especially the body lotion, which keeps my very sensitive skin happy.
The lotion I purchased however is of very inferior quality! It's weak, and sticky in texture, and during the day my skin was as dry as stone, and it had a sticky residue to it.
I am very unhappy with this product, and cannot obviously return it as it is used and I have no receipt.
Please give me some recourse as I am no longer interested in buying a J&J product again if this is the standard of quality you achieve.
