BAD ATTITUDE AND MY MONEY

I ordered3 watches first, 1 of which the strap was peeled and the back of the watch was broken. the watches took over two months. since it was close to Christmas I did an overnight because of the urgency and so much time lost thinking this company would act urgently too. they didn't want to refund me my postage fee for overnight but nobody told me it should be economy. when speaking toRiccardo, he wanted to fix it and send back, I wanted anew one or a refund. they eventually said they'll replace it entirely but I was not happy because time was going. I was already on leave that meant I would've had to drive 45mins to collect it at that PO and 45 minutes back. I explained them more than once about the inconvenience and cost involved but they didn't care. I then received my second batch of watches, one of which the strap was broken. I literally threw it away knowing they wont do anything. I did let them know and still told themnow money's lost on another watch. Janet replied to me very rudely saying I must stop behaving like a child who doesn't get what they want and I must check the tracking portal but nobody gave me a tracking number. To date I have received no watch or refund!
