I urgently needed a jacket dry cleaned and insisted I needed it on Wednesday at 12pm but only gave it in on Monday at 4pm. Thank you to the lady that assisted me and had it ready at 9am and still joked with me that it wasn't ready. Your really made my day. Guess there are still companies out there that go the extra mile
