Extremely unfriendly attitude

I walked into Levingers Cresta and needed to fix my shoe tips, the white lady got up to assist and asked the African lady if she could do it while I wait, I said I could pick them up in an hour and she refused point blank at assisting me, telling me how busy she is and how she hasn't been at work! I always use Levingers for my dry cleaners and shoes but the service I expoerienced at this BrAnch was totally disgusting! Putting tips on a shoe takes about 20mins max, surely an hour would have been sufficient! I am thinking twice about Levingers if this is the sort of service they provide!
