I ordered 2 blinds and a few other goods from MRPOnline web store. When the goods arrived on the 23rd January 2014, I discovered that they sent me the wrong size blinds and not the size I ordered. They sent me item# 6204011241001 which is a 600x1000 blind that cost R79, 99 instead of the Item# 6204011223001 which is 1200 x 2100 blind and costs R249, 99 which is the price I paid. I immediately filled in an online complaint form (#60873) on their website to notify them of their mistake. I also followed it up with a email to their support department but has since not have anyone contacting me regarding the matter. My concern is that I got a return form and according to the form I am suppose to carry the cost of the return. Does that make sense? Why do I have to pay extra due to a mistake on Mr Price's side and not on my part?
