Nails not soaked off correctly

I went to Perfect10 last week for a soak off and a manicure and pedicure. Firstly the woman insisted on submerging my hands into scalding hot acetone, when I said it was burning me she advised it was necessary or it would take too long to soak off and then shoved my hands in. after a few minutes she filed off the remainder of the gel and proceeded with the paint. The paint was bubbly and uneven and when I finally wiped it off this weekend, I found that the gel overlays were not soaked off correctly. Pathetic as you pay for a service and then get half the result.
