Shop until 8pm but counter closed early

Shop advertises open until 8pm but the meat counter closed at 7.45pm. No notification or signs to that effect.
I have now requested details of opening and closing times of all Spar counters and service points as this should be advertised so that shoppers are aware of the actual hours of the Spar.
Obviously the customer is just a nuisance to the Spar. The Spars good for you they close earlier than advertised. You need to guess when or arrive and they will turn you away if they feel like it. So much for their family concern or feel for the customer.
Shopping at Pick n Pay and others stick to their hours.
Once again I know why I shop at Steve or other shops
