I went to your Design Quarter @home livingspace branch where I spend a significant amount of time selecting an office desk, chair and credenza. The whole experience was shocking.

I was harassed to open an account, which I did not want or need but the lady was very pushy.

The sales assistant told me that they don't have the chair but that I can take the desk and credenza and then they will have to order the chair and I would have to collect it at another branch. I was a little surprised that he expected me to take the desk and credenza because I would have had to have a bakkie to load that type of furniture. He was then annoyed that I wasn't taking it. He then said if I want it I have to pay another R400.

After wasting my time completing the credit form I was told that I cant use it today but only on my next purchase!
The manager Byron was of absolutely no help and rude. I am extremely disappointed. I told them that their service was going to lead me to not making the over R4000 purchase and the manager made a comment about "well enjoy your day then"! I do not appreciate being treated like that - by anyone, let alone staff
