Unreasonable replacement conditions

We bought aSamsung microwave in May 2013. After one month it was returned as it had stopped working. Two weeks ago it broke down again and was taken back for a second time. We got it back last week and less than a week of having it back, it has stopped working today. Hirsch's refuse to replace the machine until they have been given a third time opportunity to fix it. No where in their terms of condition is this stated. Where do we stand now, as we feel having taken it back twice already, we are or should be entitled to a brand new replacement machine.
