Cash send money went missing

Good Morning

I would like to express my dissappointments with Cherkers regarding the cash send I made yesterday in their Scottsville branch in Pietermaritzburg.

I deposited cash for my brother, when he went to Yeoville branch in Gautent to access his cash he was told it was withdrawn.
No one could give information as to who signed for it and which cashier was helping that person and which branch was the money withdrawn from

I still have the proof of cash send transaction with the reference number and the pin. It does not make sense that the cashier can just say the money was withdrawn without giving further information.
If the money was withdrawn who actual verified with the person who took the money out, because if that is the case that person does not know the person who sent money.

I really need to get some answers and I want my refund and also I want to see the footages in order for that person and the cashier to be arrested.

I really trusted Cherkers as Im always using this cash send facility I really thought they were doing well.
