No response when it suits them

I have sent multiple emails requesting edgars to please recalculate my balance over 6 months but never receive a response yet their collections dept calls me up to 10 times a day when I have told them I cannot answer my phone at work. I asked the collections lady to assist but she said she would send a message to customer service and STILL I have no response.
