The Bona Magazine dated Febuary 2014, advertised Chino pants @ R11.99 however the store did not have the pants instore.
I went to Jabulani mall JET store with the intention to buy the pants as I felt that was a bargain. But I guess this was false advertising.
The Manager was rude and did not attended to the matter with urgency nor concern and a guy by the name of Eugene rudely interrupted the whole conversation. As a long standing account holder I felt insulted as if what is written on the mag is my fault and its stupid of me to come buy the goods. Edcon needs to be held accountable and take action with their advertising agency and as for their stuff serious management training needs to take place. I recorded the whole coversations, tellers had no name tags as well as the manager incharge, when I asked for their names they said name tags are broken, how pathetic! I mean what a coincident. As is I'm fuming cause I had to put up with the long queues and above all time waisted on my side.
