On Friday 31Jan 2014 @13:50 i bought groceries from your store. The cashier Pertunia Mampane swiped my card and said it decliined. My card was swiped again. When i got home i saw that i was charged twice for the groceries i bought. Tried the call centre i was put on hold for a long time with no help. Tried wonderboom store it was busy for a long time. Then when it finally rang there was no answer then finally the man that answered didn't seem to know what i was talking about. I ran out of airtime and the line cut. I am unable to return to the store as i do not have money and will be using public transport. I just need a refund as this is now costing me. Will someone call me urgently
