APPALLING SERVICE AND NO ASSISTANCE

After entering and winning an sms competition, i called and enquired about how to collect my prize.. I should've known then that i would get little joy, as Beacon had not even called me to advise that i had won and to tell me what i needed to do (as per the text i received saying they would!)
After calling and completing the necessary forms and submitting it, i had no response and the date for my prize was nearing. I again called, and was advised my form was "Lost" i had to re-submit and still did not receive feedback! Again i called and again i was told i would receive a call, as yet after a million calls from my side and 10 million e-mails and absolutely NO joy. Well done Beacon on your AWESOME service!!! you sure as heck have lost a customer!!!
