BAD SERVICE & DAMAGED GOODS

I purchase a sony blueray DVD player on the 25th January at the store & all stock was discounted at 20%. The DVD player i purchased had a missing remote & i was told on Monday they`d order me one which i`d had to pick up in durban. When i left the shop i realized 3 of the speakers had missing plugs to connect them to the DVD player & she told me i had to go looking for them in some radio shop called radio world on commercial road in PMB & pay for them myself. I called the store on Monday & was told she was not at work but left a message but she did not get back to me. Today i called again & was told she was with a client & i left a message. I am just disappointed at the poor service i m getting & the damaged goods.3 speakers not working & no remote.
