Bad Customer Service

On the 27/01/14 I visited Edgars was incorrectly charged for items that were placed on a rack with a 50% discount signage, I querried same with Aveen but was rudely advise"there is absolutley nothing that I can do", on the 30/01/14 I was at the store and another 3 items were charged with no discount of 30% taken off my purchase yet there is signage in the store stating 30% of all mens underwear, 30% of all Signature, D66 and CC mens formal shirts. I was 1 of the many customers who check their till slips, how many customers have been ripped of due to misleading signage in this store!!! Aveen was rude once again stating "there is nothing I can do", this not the type of service I require from a store I deal with on a regular basis.
