I wanted to purchase a product online and thus paid with my Namibian credit card. After a few days i was told that they needed an authorization code from the bank. I called my credit card department who confirmed that the money had left my account and that they did not issue authourisation codes for amounts below R 10 000.00. I emailed back with this information and was promised a refund. This has not taken place and it has been more than two weeks. All i want at this stage is my money back. Such a terrible experience and note that i was my first credit card online experience.
