Bad attitude

I am appauled by the service that I received on the evening of 28 January 2014 at about 17:45. Unfortunately not getting name correctly as I was not weraing my glasses, the name I think was Purity who was working at the lotto desk. After I finished my groceries I decided to go purchase a lotto ticket. I stood at the side and was scratching my numbers the lady at the till then shouted " Weh sisi uzodlala ilotto yini". I then nodded and said yes then she rudeluy shouted again "Mawuzodlala shesha ngoba mina ngasiza lo ngiyavala" loosely translated it means " if you intend to play you best hurry because after I assist the next person I am closing", mind you we are still at least 10-15 minutes before the shop closing. Much to my disgust she rudely then shouted agin repeating her words. I then said to her there is no reason for her to shout and speak to me in such a rude manner. Instead of her apologizing she then said she had to repeat her words because she thought I did not hear her. When I made to her till she then ignored me and continued counting her money and after while with a smirk on her face took my ticket.
