Poor service

On the 20th of January 2014 I bought a piece of chicken and payed for it the cashiers are really rude toward the clients and the food servens are just as rude. you need to repeat yourself almost 6-7 times and sometimes ignore you and keeps on talking to there work colleges and laughing. The security at the bathroom is also rude if the bathroom is full and you really need to go and ask for the key to the other bath room he's response is "Do you have a child? " and if you say no he refuses to give you the key even if you say its a emergency.
