BATHROOM Bizzar r you selling old spar barth or?

I bought a spar bath from barthroom bizzar. since the bath was installed in my house there is water coming from the bath underneath at the same sport, i called them and they sent their technician more than four times withought fixing the broblem. the second one who came said there was a problem with the motto and came the next day to service the mottor, in a newbath? the thirs ne said to me should we encouter the same problem we should call him. i did his name is john but he refused. evertime i ask them to come when i am around but refuses Sonja the manager knows about the last incient where i begged them but she said no they will come when i am not around. i have paid almost 8000. evertime i want to bath i am scared because i have to mpo the floor, last time my husband came back when there were there, but they said they could not find the problem .he sign the paper to say that during that time the bath did not leak but should it happen again they should come and take their bath. Now they want to send another person to checj the bath for the 5th time. i refused becasue now i dont want the bath anylonger can someone assist before i choose the other way, is this how you treat custome
