Clicks
Poor Service on Wed 10 April 2013

1. The store opened at least 5 minutes later than stated on the door, with a small crowd of people waiting.

2. Picking up a new prescription took very long - due to slow computer systems.

3. Had to wait a further period in line at the cashiers... only ONE cashier with a queue of people waiting impatiently and the manager (apparently a guy called Richard) no where available when clients asked for him.

This is unacceptable, especially if you consider that another chemist in the shopping centre had to close (probably because of competition with Clicks) but Clicks can't provide a decent service to its clients in the area.

I sincerely wish that Dischem would open a branch close by.
