I purchased a fridge last year in November from Hitches (DEFY product) and my NEW fridge had a problem with the water dispenser, I reported it and a technician (representing DEFY) was sent to have a look at it around December. He told me that he had ordered my part and Im still waiting, every time I make a call to enquire its one excuse after the other. I am still waiting and today is the 28/01/2014 January is almost over yet my complaint for Nov 2013 is still not resolved. I don't even understand why I have to accept a fridge that clearly had a factory fault, I am very unhappy about my product as there's a reason why I bought a fridge which has a water dispenser but now I cannot use it.
