Telkom: Abuse the abused further-AHOS Shelte

To whom it may concern:

It saddens my heart to go over to drastic measures as this to make a complaint. For 7months we the Shelter for Women and Abuse children suffer under the hand of Telkom and their staff. Our lines are always faulty! We asked for a switchboard to be installed, 7months later still nothing. You call one staff member they pass it on to another. You go to Paarl Mall Telkom, they say its not there responsibilty.

All the above while we lose so many donations. If we have no phoneline we loose huge sums of donations and food. Whenever the phone line is faulty, the food is sent to another place. When someone call and the phone does work there is no switchboard to transfer the call and donors wait long on lines for the person to get to the phone.

For 7months the shelter has lost out on donations. We just celebrated women's month, but a huge company like Telkom abuse this shelter and its clients further by depriving them of good service or those who donate to receive good service at the Shelter.

We as a shelter for women and abuse children won't stand for this and seek help from the public or Telkoms top bosses to come and help us.
