Homophobia and stinking attiitude

I have never been so disrespected like this in a place, especially in a shop. I ned writen apology and the women must tell me what ws her problem with me. i m really unhappy.

I went to desposit money for my friend using my temporal ID and didn't know it wa nit allowed and I was told I can't use it, when I asked for a manager a women by the name of Vuyisile Plaatjie was so rude to me in a way thate even when I asked for her name she was rude, she wrote it in a piece paper, something that IS couldnt read. Luckily other people that works there gave it to me. She is rude and, not to mention.
