I purchased a bed mattress on 16 January 2014 . I paid cash including delivery. I was assisted by Cynthia who advised delivery will take 3 working days the longest turn around time would be a maximum of 7 working days.

Today is 11days and called from this morning till now 16:30 trying to find out when the mattress will be delivered only to be told that the supplier doesn't have stock and I should wait a, further 7 days. When I request a refund I am being told I need to produce proof of my banking statement, clearly this is insane, your system shows you that I paid for the bed with no hussles, why should I go incur more costs of getting a statement when they could just refund me, its too much that I spent the entire day calling them with no resolution. I even requested to speak to a store manager, but was told Dez Pillay is not available. Instead of being given my money back, now its a process of all sorts of documents that I need to produce. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. This us such a disappointment for such a reputable company. Never again.
