I bought a bed just over a year ago and claimed on the guarantee claim in December. I've never received any feedback and called in last week for feedback. I was told by Linda that they have sent my claim to Serta, I called Serta and was told no claim was registered. I then played middle man between Serta and Dial-a-Bed, eventually after 20 odd calls, and a 1 month delay I eventually got approval for Dial-a-Bed to replace the bed. Now I get told THAT I NEED TO PAY DELIVERY again, this is utter non-sense, I paid delivery the first time, and I must pay again. Also I was told by Linda that the use a third party to deliver there I must pay and if they delivery they will take ages to deliver it. My wife is pregnant I need the bed replaced urgently, WHAT DON'T YOU GUYS UNDERSTAND?
