Paid my account on the 18 of dec 2012 swiping my card at the nearest uzzi store however was told that payment does not reflect.was told to fax in proof on my banking account to finance/banking department on the number 0214607113 but no feedback.i have faxed more then ten times but it seems no feedback still.everytime i call in i am told someone will call me back but it never happens.

acc 10101539388753/1.a letter weas sent to me telling me that i am behind with payment and that i will be sent to the lawyers for non settlement.the only outstanding should be R60 because when i paid in december it was for dec and jan.please resolve this as iam very irritated with everything.
