Bad customer service

On Saturday 25th January 2014 I asked the cosmetics manager at Foshini Lakeside Mall if she could keep a bottle of Britney Spears cosmic radiance purfume for me so I could collect it on 27 January 2014. When I confirmed that I'm coming to collect it, the cosmetics manager said "sorry we sold it" thats so pathetic and mean. I'm so cross and too bad that I was going to open an account with this Pathetic group. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
