Thumbsucked amount and late invoice

I'm unsure where you thumbsucked the amount that I see NOW on my invoice for January 2014?

I would appreciate a full breakdown of my account. Seems that someone else is either using my account as well or you've added an extra amount without my permission...?

Also, why must my instalment for January be paid 31 January 2014 if the INVOICE only arrived today Monday 27 January 2014?
