Paid up account confirmation

I had an account that i paid up around or after the 20th of December. I had went into the Bellville branch where I had opened the account requesting a paid up letter, but they could only assist me with a statement. I actually needed an actual paid up confirmation letter instead of a statement. The manager was quite rude refusing to even provide their name saying the head office will tell me who he is. At the time I had called from the bank requesting this paid up letter, he had advised the bank consultant that I can go to the branch and they will type it out for me only to be told by him when I got there that they do not provide one but I need to contact head office. I would also appreciate if you could update my credit report that the account has been paid up as no update has been done for over 2 months already.
