Not sending R0.00 balance statement

I am so frustrated with House & Home & will think twice in the future before buying anything from them again! I phoned them on Wednesday 06 Nov 2013 to get my settlement amount & once they gave it to me, I immediately transferred the full settlement amount. The next day I emailed Karel & phoned Bonisile to ask if my money is reflecting, but they said not yet, then I phoned Randall at their head office & he confirmed that the money is showing on their bank statement, but only after speaking to about 5 different people before getting to Randall who took time to assist me, the other people did not help! I keep on asking them to send me a R0.00 balance statement & also confirmation that my account won't be debited again, but after several emails & phone calls, I am still waiting for my statement, there is really NO customer service from House & Home!
