Received a call this morning regarding my over due account, the lady on the phone behaves as if she is my boss, looks like they undermined and tell us when to pay our account yet they are the people who are working in a call center.

Maybe if Jet had good service my account will be up to date yet we must stand in a long line just to pay an account yet the person who needs a cellphone doesnt need to stand in that long line there is a dedicated teller for that. Thats the reason i walk out of the store since they are 8 staff member in the store and 1 cashier who behaves like they dead.

this is one account i cant wait to close the sooner the better cant deal with a company who demands a 1 month late account as if i will skip the country.

The call center paints a very poor picture of Jet Stores, i would not buy there in future rather shop at a more respect full chain store. I would understand if my account was 6 months overdue but mine is just 1 month and its a small account.

Maybe Jet should spend that money they use to phone us to buy they staff energy drinks since they on a go slow.

Cannot wait to get this account closed.
