A good business going bad

5pm 25jan . the store was filthy the floors, trolleys with shoppers empty trash pushed to where catwomen stands, store wasn't busy but the helpful staff were bombarded, the little bit over weight girl with spotty face didn't see her name tag, also her cell phone sticking out of back pocket.but still very helpful thank you. To martin thank you for excellent service, knows how to address customers that are even just browsing a pity he's not even happy with working for the company music being his passion.my father though spent like 2grand in store.i never saw a manager not even at the tills.doorman/bouncer was dancing away to his own tunes from the sound systems at the door instead of assisting customers my mother found that amusing.i am sad to say the quality and standard of shopping i have received in the past is gone from that store, head office should watch their camera system more often. i don't want to be contacted by the group would be a pointless exercise i think. i would just like to see the store pull itself together.
