Thanks for the deal, we've just changed our mind

I'm very disappointed in the way I got treated at your Germiston store last week Friday. I was very keen to buy a new LED TV and spoke to a lady at the multimedia section for some advice on the brand offerings. During our engagement the promotion Announcer broadcasted an upcoming special in the store on a 55" Samsung LED Smart TV. After his announcement he approached me and advised me that the deal on the TV he is about to announce is R 13 999 compared to the marked shelf price of R 17 999 and he convinced me that it's the best value for money. I agreed and advised him that he's got a deal and I'll take one. The sales lady offered me the option of an extended warranty and during the conversation the Announcer told me there was a problem. After a couple of minutes he came to me and advised the price is R 14 999 and still a good deal and proceeded to announce to deal over the PA system. I was really disappointed, even if I did not mention it then and decided not buy it out of principal. In fact I decided not to buy any other items I was about to buy from your store due to this unpleasant experience. This bad experience makes me seriously doubt the values of your company and staff.
