Poor attitude

My wife and I were at the new branch this morning.

Wow what a beautiful store, until the nightmare at the tills were discovered.

I thought the system was poorly managed and when another customer and myself mentioned this to the client services manager, she said its not her problem and that she would give us a number of the person who's problem it is.

I mean really, this woman is the manager, nogals of client services. She needs to learn some skills
