Fire hazard & 1 toilet?

In my opinion if you run a restaurant and fruit and veg should there not be more than one toilet, this is crazy? If there is more bathrooms your staff is not aware of them. The amount of people in the store and the way it is designed means that one cannot move and are sometimes pinned in allies for long periods. I will do my shopping somewhere else as this place scares me.
