I went into a Markham store at the boulders just before the 26th of October and bought a shirt as i was going to the wedding on the 26th.
I tried the shirt on the morning og the 26th and it didnt fit so i went back to the store. When i purchased the shirt i was given a R25 off based on the points i have on their instore reward card.
When i went to exchange i cant believe it when i was told you need to pay the full amount as discounts or vouchers doesnt apply to exchange.
I was never advised/informed about this and i spend almost 30 minutes arguing with the store manage who have no idea what customer service is and i felt disgusted to be treated in this manner.
As per CPA i have rights as a customers and based on the fact that i was never told about this clause i deserved to get the goods at similar pricing.
I expect an apology from the store with regard to the way i was treated and also like to be compensated for my troubles.
